UK Shipping:

  • Dot cards are sent with a first class stamp without tracking number. Contact us if you would like a tracked option.

  • All local orders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail using the Signed for + first class service (1-2 business days) - Prices between £2.69 to £6.57 depending on weight. Most orders are a maximum of £4.80.

Orders to EU below €150

We want to make you aware that we have IOSS implemented on our website as of 7th April 2022. IOSS means Import One Stop Shop that allows us to collect VAT on orders to EU below €150 on behalf of your EU country. Please note that VAT is added at checkout and it is the rate set by your country, which is not the same in every EU country. To read more about VAT rates, click here.

The €150 net threshold is calculated before adding VAT and shipping. This will mean that orders will pass through customs smoothly and quickly and there will be no hidden charges.

For EU businesses that are registered for VAT, we will send deliveries under the Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) service, which means that our courier will contact you when the parcel reaches customs and request payment of VAT and duty fees. In this way, the VAT can be reclaimed on your usual monthly or quarterly VAT return. Please put your VAT/EORI number within your order notes.

Notes:

What if my order was below €150 and I paid the VAT at checkout, but then customs wanted to charge me more money? Unfortunately, this could happen and it is due to lack of care from the customs agent, we will send you the shipping label that includes the IOSS number and icon to prove that it is according to their requirement.

Orders to EU above €150

You will have to pay custom duty and tax. You will be subjected to custom duty fee + (19-27% VAT depending on your EU country).

  • Shipping options:

    • Dot cards are sent with a stamped envelope without tracking number. Contact us if you would like a tracked option.

    • Standard: Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (14-30 business days).

      Shipping cost starts from £6.75 and can go up to £15.25 depending on the weight of the item. Most orders shipping cost is between £6.75and £12.75.

    • Express: DHL/UPS/Fedex (3-7 business days) £20. - Please note using the express option might mean more charges since they have their own handling fee.

  • We ship to European countries outside of the European union as well.

  • Please note, If you do not pick your order in time and it is returned to me, you will have to pay shipping charges again and the order will not be refunded.

International (Rest of the world)

  • International Standard (Outside UK & Europe) - 14-30 days by Royal Mail Tracked

    • Follow the entire journey of your post with our end-to-end service. Know when it’s arrived with online delivery confirmation.

    • This is calculated automatically based on your order. £9.70 to £25 depending on the weight of the items you choose. Most orders will be between £9.70 and £12.20. 

    • Countries: Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, USA

  • International Express (Outside UK & EU): 7 days - UPS/DHL/Fedex

    £28 - Please note using the express option might mean more charges since they have their own handling fee.

    • Countries: Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Mexico, New Zealand, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand Tunisia, Turkey, UAE, USA, 

  • Please add your full address (house number, street name, postcode, city name and phone number when you choose this option) if any of these are missing, it will delay your package.

  • If you want to order from a country that is not listed, please contact me and I can create a custom order for you.

Order Corrections or Cancelations

  • Please email me via the contact page as soon as you notice a mistake in address to correct it before shipping. If the correction is not made and it is sent to the wrong address, you will have to wait until it has been returned to me and additional shipping costs will apply.

  • If order has not been shipped, then you have 24hrs to cancel it.

Customs and Taxes:

Each country is different, but a lot of countries require customs and extra taxes when the item value is above a certain amount. This extra payment is your responsibility and it will be usually requested before an item is delivered. This is a different fee and this is not the shipping fee. We do not get any money from this. This fee goes directly to your country’s government.

Incorrect address or missing information:

If we notice that your address is incomplete or missing vital information (like your house number?! or phone number) we will contact you and ask for a correction, but if we do not hear back from you in seven days, we will cancel the order and refund you minus 10% admin fee.

If an item is returned to us:

Unfortunately, some items get returned to us especially if you are using the standard mail service and this can be due to two main reasons:

  • A wrong address.

  • The failure to pick up an item after attempting delivery.

Therefore, we will contact you as soon as we get an item returned (make sure your email is correct!) to arrange an alternative delivery and a new shipping fee will have to be paid. We will send you a PayPal request in that case.

If we do not hear back from you in seven working days, then you forfeit your right to a new delivery and a refund.

Refunds:

You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of receiving your goods (prints, art, paints, etc). You will have 14 days to return the unused, unopened goods once you notify me via the contact page and you will receive your refund within 14 days of me receiving the goods. Please note, you will have to pay for your own packaging and shipping of the returned item. Insurance of the item’s cost and a proof of shipping are needed.
